This Fireball was commissioned as a surprise gift from a customer to his wife to honor and celebrate their collective love for the salmon and whales on the Pacific Northwest coast. The customer requested images of salmon to honor his wife’s work with and love for the salmon. He requested that this piece contain Orca whales, Humpback whales, sea otters, sea stacks Bull Kelp, and tide pool delights such as urchins and sea anemones that have all been part of many special memories he and his wife shared together while sea kayaking and spending time at the ocean.
