I am also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have a private practice in Duvall, Washington. Before working as a therapist, I spent many years working as a wilderness therapist, wilderness guide, and wilderness educator. My art undoubtably reflects my lifelong love for the natural world and it’s beauty.
I am a self taught artist living in Carnation, Washington.
Hi, I’m Julia!
Historically I have worked with paint, stained glass, mixed media and I commonly incorporate recycled materials into my pieces. I began creating Fireballs during the COVID pandemic in 2020 to help bring beauty and joy to social distance gatherings.
When I am not counseling or making art, you may find my husband (Jeff) and I out paddleboarding, SUP surfing, mountain biking, and/or generally goofing around in the outdoors (especially near water)!
