The owners of this Fireball are parents of 5 young children that each have their own animal nature names. They requested a design incorporating each of their children and trees from the Pacific Northwest where they live. After talking with the client I decided the youngest child (the frog) would be held between two large Western Red Cedar trees. The other four animals are each presented in a way that shows something special I was told about that child. The owners and I all had a good laugh about a design element intentionally hidden in the landscape that is symbolic of an ongoing private joke between the couple.
